We are deliberately dense rather than wide. A delivery network that half-works over a large area is worse for a farmer than one that reliably works over a small one. More areas are coming as our partners can genuinely cover them. See the map →
What to expect
| Delivery windows | Estimates, not guarantees. Lagos traffic, weather and market days move things. You will be told the expected window at checkout. |

| Harvest-to-order | Much produce is picked after you order rather than pulled from storage. That is why it arrives fresh, and why it is not same-hour delivery. |
| Someone must receive it | Perishable goods cannot be left at a gate. If nobody is available the delivery fee is not refundable and the produce may not survive a second attempt. |
| Multi-seller orders | A basket from several farms or stalls is consolidated before delivery, so it arrives once rather than in pieces. |
| Cold chain | Used where the produce requires it and a partner on that route has it. Where it is not available we say so rather than implying a chain we do not have. |
Fees
Delivery is priced by zone and basket size, and shown separately at checkout before you pay. We do not fold delivery into produce prices — farmers should be judged on their price, not on the distance to your house.
If a delivery goes wrong
- Produce spoiled or damaged on arrival — raise a dispute within 24 hours with photographs. Funds stay in escrow while we review.
- Never arrived — contact support@cityfarms.ng and we will trace it with the partner.
- Ordinary ripening in transit is not damage. Tomatoes travel like tomatoes.

We do not own vehicles. The network is built from operators who already run these routes. If you move goods between Ogun or Lagos farm areas and the city, or handle last-mile delivery across the metropolis, there is work here.

- Reliable capacity on a route, rather than thin coverage across many.
- Handling that respects perishability — produce is not parcels.
- Accurate status updates. A late delivery that is reported is manageable; a late delivery that is silent is not.
- Acceptance that delivery performance is visible and measured.
