Register your farm
Registration is free and takes a few minutes. Your farm gets a record on CityFarms with its details, location and verification status.
What works today
- You can register, verify your phone number and sign in.
- Your farm is recorded — name, size, location, produce and cooperative — and you can correct any of it yourself at any time.
- You can request verification, and see plainly whether it has happened.
- If you also aggregate for other farmers, supply inputs, rent out equipment or run logistics, you can add each as a separate business under the same login.
What is not built yet
- Produce listings. There is no way to put produce up for sale yet, for anyone.
- Orders and escrow tracking. These need the payment side working first, and that depends on approvals we do not control.
- Your farm shown on the public map at a precision you choose.
- Buyer reviews tied to completed orders.
Why we are telling you this. A farmer who buys fake fertiliser finds out at harvest, when the season and the money are already gone. The same logic applies to us: if we overstated what CityFarms does and you planned around it, the cost would land on you. So the list above is the honest one, and we will not put a verified badge on your farm until somebody has actually checked it.
Verification, and why it is slow
A verified badge means one of three things happened: your cooperative confirmed you are one of their members, someone from CityFarms visited, or we checked your business registration documents. It is not granted automatically, it does not come with the account, and it does not transfer from one of your businesses to another. That is what makes it worth anything to a buyer deciding whether to send you money.
